For wholesale/ distributorship business of mobile and home appliances what license should i have in India?

hi friends,
finally i have decided to go for wholesale/ distributorship business in the area of mobile phone and home appliances in India. i have a license ( sine group of companies pvt.ltd.) of pvt ltd company. now can i do my business with that license or do i have to get a different license for this particular business? what are the tax that i have to pay to the govt and what all tax related license should i have?
