Auto connect to my mobile website when surfing from a mobile?

I have a full website, and i am designing the same website but for mobiles.
How can I redirect to the mobile website if the normal website URL is typed threw a mobile.browser.

Example: accessing Facebook website from your mobile takes you to facebook.mobile automatically

Your server needs to detect the browser
