why do I get conntinuously disconnected from my mobile broadband connection?

I use Sprint mobile broadband, and about every 10 minutes I get disconnected. What can I do to prevent this from happening? Can the settings be adjusted?

Contact Sprint support for guidance or check the online manual. I have mobile broadband and never had this problem

    check that your DHCP service is enabled and signal level is fine in the Mobile for poor signal regions it may disconnect….but to me it seems your DHCP is not ON or you have not configured your PC for automatic IP Detection ….open LAN Connection >Properties…and in the Internet protocol properties just tick the automatic IP and Auto matic DNS click ok and come out….. by the way which is the OS ?
