How do I permanently improve picture quality with mobile broadband?

I am currently using mobile broadband, as standard all internet pictures are low quality when browsing in all browsers, though my primary browser is google chrome. To view them in high quality I have to use ‘shift-F5′, is there a way of setting it to high quality permanently?

It is set this way so save bandwidth, I understand that there is a GB limit per month on mobile broadband, you’re better off just having to press shift & f5
