When my wife and I discovered that she was pregnant we became frantic. Where we lived at the time wasn’t exactly the size required for a young family! We needed a starter home; a place for our child to grow up. We wanted to buy somewhere that wasn’t too big but equally allowed us the space to have a room for our child when she was born.

Getting a mortgage was going to prove difficult as both my wife and I already had bad credit records as a result of student debt and a couple of missed payments. A friend suggested we try to looking into homeowner loans to allow us to get a foot on the property ladder.

The Collateral

One of the terms of a secured loan is that in order for the lender to process the application, you would have to offer something up as collateral, usually something of equal or more value than that of the actual loan. We were getting a loan for £45,000; unfortunately, there was nothing we owned that was worth that much. We were at a loss to find something either one of us possessed that would even come close. Fortunately, my wife’s parents were gracious enough to allow us to use their home as security for the loan. Before the house could even be considered as collateral the bank had to send out property valuers to confirm the market value. Fortunately, the house was valued at over £300,000, well over the amount of equity needed for the secured loan. In addition, my wife’s parents had no mortgage or loans themselves secured against this property.

Once the house was valued and written in as appropriate collateral for the loan, we entered the credit check phase of the loan process. Remember, this is where my wife and I had some serious problems; neither one of us expected to be able to walk away with the loan money. Thank goodness that the person reviewing our application was willing to work with us in getting our credit reports cleared up. He made a list of all the debtors that my wife and I had to contact to clear up some of the financial problems. After a week of discussions, some pleading and promises of prompt payments upon the receipt of the secured loan, we were finally able to sign the completed application and wait for final approval.

The Payout

Once the papers for the secured loan were signed and processed, the money was deposited straight into our bank account. We paid off our creditors as we had committed to and the remainder of the money went towards purchasing a nice 2 bedroom mobile home. A mobile home wasn’t exactly what either of us had imagined as our first home, but it was still a lovely feeling walking through the door of own home for the first time rather than renting some dingy flat.

We had a home to call our own, a place to raise out daughter and a place we could decorate as we saw fit. The feeling of freedom and accomplishment was overwhelming. Taking the chance on a secured loan was a good idea and one that brought us home!

Now what on earth is plain link building and how do people do it? a lot of marketing companies did and are doing the plain link building, they will get links from any websites which accept adding links, the content on those sites will never be updated, almost all of them are garbage, the name link spamming are just for these sites. New google algorithm most likely will punish these link spammers,  any links on them will be affected too. 

A few real world examples will help to explain what I said. It was quite some time ago, I started promote the keyword, Sash Chain, of course with old way of link building, almost all the sites I got link from had too many links, and those sites had only links, no real content at all. Now let’s look at another keyword, chain pullers, most back links for this keyword are from articles and posts, almost no plain links, now we have really good ranking for this keyword. Now contextual links win the battle, then what? In fact the only thing matters here is content, as long as you dole out high quality content, not only people will love to read your stuff, so do the search engines. How do you do it? Writing articles and building blogs, such as this interesting blog, best smartphone , I didn’t put too much effort into it from start, but I never stopped posting, now it can even rank the highly competitive keywords. As far as SEO concerned, creating quality content and blog marketing is what we have to do to get great result. If you can build a group of your own blogs, for instance Grade 30 Chain, you will have the power to push any sites up in search engines.

Bottom line is that you should create great content, get people to enjoy and share your stuff, in the mean time advertise your business with your content, as long as you don’t stop doing this, you will win over customers and search engines. The virtues, persistence and patience, are essential for your success, you shouldn’t expect things to improve overnight, i.e., selling online or improve your search rankings, let’s keep building and maintaining our blogs until end of the day. By the way, the social media is the must have channel for your marketing effort. The Twitter tools is a wordpress plugin, you can install it, sign up for a twitter account and create a new application, set up API credentials in your twitter tools option, then every new post on your blog will show up in your twitter page, it’s simple and elegant, if you don’t use this tool it’s just too bad.

Water damage is a killer in mobile homes,

This is why any water damage – a water heater leak, a flooded toilet or a spilled water dish can cause weak or soft spots in the floor.

You cant fix the particle board once its been damaged. It becomes soggy, like a cardboard box, when it gets wet. While you cant undo this damage, you can get rid of the problem by laying down a new floor, one thats sturdier than the old one and certain to stand up to water and other damage.

The piece-by-piece option is time-consuming and difficult to do correctly.

Theft of Mobile phones is on the rise and the more popular mobile phones are becoming the more theft that will occur.  Now manufactures of mobile phones are releasing new better models which of course will cost more. Therefore we are at greater risk if we don’t get mobile phone insurance.

Mobile homes unlike the previous poster seems to think range the gamut from triple wides on permanent foundations to very bad investments. Check out that site I gave you, it should really help.

As all major purchases, please get an inspector to evaluate it. It’s $200, but can save you thousands. Really make sure that the subflooring isn’t particle board and if it is that it has not been water damaged.
